Okay, here he is-Harrison Zero (such creativity), goes by Mercutio. Few know his name.
His eyes leak weird stuff, and the more intense his emotions are, the more space it takes up. (Asleep or VERY calm equals little/no stuff.) He wears a mask/sunglasses to hide it. He likes carrying around weird things and casting spells on them to make them "lucky", or other things. Familiar is a shadow blob named Riley (any pronouns) who usually takes a winged cat-like form. vvv

His eyes change color (depending mainly on mood and type of/whether or not magic is being used) and Riley's eyes are always the same color as his. His wand is basically just a knife (if that's okay). He ties bows on everything, probably. He's taking a lot of classes he thought would be cool but they're actually really hard and he's sucking at everything except (general) spells, probably. And fire... he's probably decent at that. (Riley doesn't understand how he's failing shapeshifting, because it's super easy to them, but he is.) Because he sucks at everything so badly, he skips class a lot. He collects weird misc objects for entertainment and aesthetic. He breaks a /lot/ of rules, but he almost always gets away with it thanks to various spells. The disciplinary people probably hate him (and it's probably mutual). He keeps trying to ask out everyone, basically, and fails horribly every time because he's terrible at flirting. He probably has one or two crushes that are /HARDCORE/ & vvv
