Thorn is the thirty-two year old leader of the criminal organisation. Thorn is a very tall (8 ft 2) and very strong dragon but he has a weakness for gold and other valuable items (His office is filled with expensive stuff like luxorious furniture, golden clocks, statues, paintings, jewelery and more). He is also blind in his left eye and rather slow. You can often find him counting his money, staring at or handling his treassures and/or smoking a big expensive cigar. Since he's so big, he also loses energy quickly, so he often has to take naps. He's normally good for his employees as long as they treat him with respect, make him money and obey him. However if you anger him he will punish you and if you dare to betray him he won't hesitate to kill you with his bare hands. He's generally very calm, doesn't really care about others, intelligent and intimidating

The dragons Rechor (5ft8) and Sir Edward (5ft7) are Thorn's right hands. By themselves, they're really usefull. Edward being an expert at manipulating, picking the pockets of people, tricking people and hand to hand combat while Rechor is an expert at intimidating, using knifes, daggers, the blade on his tail, and even venom to kill people before without them noticing.
However when they're together, they fight. Pretty much constantly. Everyday. Annoying everyone around them and ruining a plan or two. Rechor being stereotypically French, and Edward being stereotypically British they are natural enemies and can't stand eachother.
Edward is calm, a gentleman (most of the time), manipulative, greedy, violent when angered, sarcastic, snobby and charming.
Never insult tea in his company, or you risk losing all your teeth.
He always wears his top hat and monocle and will be depressed without them. He has a tremendous love for tea and one of his hobbies is boxing (and he's very good at it)

Maaaybe Thorn's trying to steal a lot of money so he can build a huge base/hideout/fortress for his organisation and he can become the king of the criminal world or something.

Edward is 27 years old and speaks with a fabulous british accent. He's popular with the ladies. He also hates getting dirty

Rechor is 25 years old. He's arrogant, selfish, narcistic, very vain, obnoxious, a jerk, insults everyone (except Thorn and ladies he sees worthy of being his), easily angered, romantic (when he sees a girl he likes he will flirt with her. All the time. In his annoying not charming way. He won't give up. ever.) and just simply the person you don't want to be around. If you touch his whiskers expect a knife being held against your throat. He can talk about himself for hours. His huge arrogance can make him do stupid things. He also tends to get drunk, and it's easy to make him get drunk. You only need a bottle of French wine and he'll eagerly accept it and drink it, no matter who you are. You can also make him talk by offering very expensive french wine. He'll do anything for that stuff.

I imagine Rechor's voice being somewhat like John Cleese's voice in the French Taunter scene. (look up French Taunter by Monty Python on youtube)

Weaknesses: Sometimes acts before he thinks, accident-prone, gets into danger a lot

Personality: Laid-back, somewhat lazy, cheerful, generally optimistic, friendly. Only serious when he's in a very bad situation. He's not evil, but he loves gold, alcohol and adventure.

Other notes: His main weapon is a pistol and he can fight using his claws and tail.

Snowdevil (6 ft 1O) the Snow Dragon. Thorn's 3O year old body guard. He is tall and very muscular but not very bright and easily tricked. He is also quite slow and doesn't speak much. You can often find him guarding the door to Thorn's office and if Thorn needs to go somewhere, he'll be on his side.
Snowdevil is a brute, vengeful, persistant, easily annoyed/angered, aggressive, protective of Thorn, cruel and acts by using his instincts rather than his mind. He is very loyal to Thorn and it won't be easy to seperate them.
He doesn't care about anything than protecting Thorn and following his orders.

Grin (5 ft 1) the demon dragon, the elimenator of problems. Grin might seem small and weak but he's a killer machine and does the dirty work for Thorn. If Thorn needs a betrayer or someone else who stands in the way of his plans gone, Grin will solve it. He is fast, hard to kill and uses his claws, teeth and spikes to fight.

@Crowley since Grin's past has to do with humans, I think human OCs are allowed to join

He's a sociopath and makes sure that all his victims die in the most painful and brutal way possible. He is insane, aggressive, unpredictable, tends to act before thinking, bloodthirsty, and doesn't like most people (though he has a secret love). He likes it to sneak up on people and scare the heck out of them. When something reminds him of his dark past, he will go in a trauma mode, not able to move, his mind in his past. He's also sensitive to pain, insults and punishment.

Bloodstained (5 ft 5) the mugger.

Bloodstained is specialized in mugging people, though he isn't the best. He's not really trusted by others because he's a psychopath and known to only use relationships as tools and for being abusive. He has a bad relationship with Grin and is sure that he's seeing someone from the other side. He'll do anything to prove that Grin is betraying Thorn so that Grin will be killed. Bloodstained is smart, arrogant and cruel. However he's a huge coward, and he'll do anything to avoid pain and death. He likes it to torture people and to crush their feelings. He can also be very charming, but from the inside he's a tyrant.

Lukka (5 ft 4) the ocean dragon, former criminal but now joined the cops to share her experience and knowledge with them. She knows a lot about the criminal world and still tends to steal small things. She loves shiny valuable things, like gemstones, rings, golden watches.

Lucca calls everyone love or pet.
She will always express and defend her opinion on something, she's adventurous, tends to ignore commands, a jokester, rowdy, secure of herself, acts before thinking (which has ruined some operations before) and prefers to work alone. She also tends to get in trouble.

Other stuff: She had a child at one point, but he got kidnapped, so she doesn't really know where he is.

Garson is a clever, cunning silver tounged devil who usually gets his way. He can use some dark magic in bad situations but it drains a lot of his energy. He's a bit of a phycopath and love to see enemies suffer.

He is very rash when an ally is hurt and usually gets himself into trouble. It's sometimes easy to get inside his head and drive him into a depressive state. Even though he's clever, he can be too co.cky at times wich usually always backfires on him.

Bloodstained has a bad rivalry relationship with Grin. He knows about his secret love, and doesn't like to see him happy, so he'll try anything to seperate them. He loves crushing Grin's feelings and making him feel like nothing.

Weakneses: Extreme heat and large amounts of smoke, getting attacked from behind.

Personality - Bird is a bit of a timid little dragon. But she can be brave and rather bold when the time calls for her to be. Despite her shy and reserved nature she can be a rather harsh and stern when she needs to be. But she isn't that scary or intimidating to many when she does fly out into a small rage. She has a strong belief in fair justice and dealing it out to those that deserve it. She may often contradict herself though since she always tries to see the good in others which will cause her demise one day.
Strengths - she can act pretty good, even she will fall for her own guise she plays off sometimes, and has a small knack for making friends pretty easily which comes in handy for asking around for info
Weaknesses - she breaks rather easily under a lot of pressure and can't stay being mean for too long
Other - she's stolen at least once in her life but hasn't confessed that to anyone and wants to keep it that way XD

So im sill not sure i can commit, but heres my charas bio just incase:

PERSONALITY - Dune is quite a cold, proud, and inelegent character. He lives for his job, so relationsips mean nothing to him. Although his intelegence and past records of success in catching criminals could land him a higher rank, he prefers not to lead. That dosnt stop him hoever from making his own decisions (sometimes rash ones) when on the trail of a suspect. And suspects beware, for when Dune is on your trail, he will often play you as a pawn on a chess board, having you unknowingly lead him to secret bases, or right into his hands. The way he plays this 'Game' though, sometimes leads to mistrust amoung his comrads, despite his loyalty, as he will often use them as pawns as well. a worthy adversairy for any criminal orginization.
STRENGTHS - Speed, Stamina, and Intelegence are Dunes greatest strengths. Hes excelent at chess, and often lives life as if it were chess. The tougher the opponent, the more fun he finds the game. good hand to hand combat skills, but great with a pistol. (Often has Dual Pistols)
WEAKNESSES - although he has speed, and stamina, Dune lacks strength. so taking a direct hit can be devistating. He is quite cold, and can be manipulative, often using his comrades as pawns, this makes for little trust towards him. He often overthinks the little things, and the stupidest problems can trip him up.
OTHER - no one really knows Dunes past, but the reason for his coldness is due to the loss of a close comrade when Dune made a mistake in underestimating the enemy. he dosnt want to loose anyone, so he dosnt get attached to anyone else.

Personality: Moon dislikes being called by his first name, for reasons unknown. He is usually quite happy around others, but when alone or with people he doesn't know, he is very quiet and hardly speaks. If he ever happens to be captured by any negative force (which has only happened once before), he will act a bit ditzy and/or crazy, so said negative force will leave him alone.
Strengths: He can navigate forested areas well, due to his species. He can be sneaky and efficient when he knows what he's doing. He is quite fast while running.
Weaknesses: He isn't very strong and tries to rely on his speed to get out of scuffles. He has quite a long tail, which can sometimes betray him and trip him up. (Continued...)

Weaknesses(cont.): When he doesn't know what to do and doesn't know how to find out, he will become quite panicked and will retreat to the corner of a room or an area to calm down.
