I really love the pose and ice and background in this picture, but if you want critique, I have a few tips.
Maybe try using different colors, like purple, to shade or line with; it'll make the picture more uniform.
And possibly try cleaning your lineart up a bit to make it smoother. It's just that the ice looks smooth, so why shouldn't Articuno?
Just my thoughts, but you really have talent!
