At least 2 OCs (one RL OC and one main/fav OC) can be put together in this. You may have as many OCs in there as you like as long as they are viewable, can fit into the picture/description/comment, and they're your characters.
You may put short dialouge into the picture or description.
Your RL OC must hold (in hand or head or however, as long as it's not weird) a handheld device. It can be any of the video game handhelds or a mobile device as long as you are able to draw it or you have it. Wii Remotes, Wii U Gamepads or any other console controllers are fine too.
With that being said, you can make your device either the way it is, or however you want. That includes color.
Having an info form like mine in the description is optional. A picture says just as much. ^ ^
You can post into #3DSpower if you want, though it'd help a bit. .
Your main/fav OC can be any species. There are almost no limits here.
