The shading looks nice. Pleasantly smooth and clean. However, (and this is just a duggestion) there is a way of making some really good looking shading/lighting effects (that I'm still working on myself), where shading something incolves moving cooler or warmer along the color wheel.
For example: With this mint green dragon, you could move more toward a deep rich greenish blue for the shadowy parts, and lightly tap some light greenish yellow where the light reflects off the skin.
Just some friendly advice here. again, I'm still working on this, so there might be some better color choices to use than what I mentioned here, but I urge you to be experimental. I think we can all agree I've made some large strides by trying stuff like this. :J

i like the soft shading and the eyes are done well. the background blends well. :)
