A dragon lord wiser than all hes known, he is both cruel and merciful towards others. There is a keen understanding in his eyes making decisions upon the world in ways that are both suspicous and better for all. He can conquer cities and towns, but will take no hostages, nor destroy harvest, but rather cut off the head of the rulers. Without threat towards citizens, how would he gain so many citizens and so little rebels as he does? One has simply to look upon him to fear his greatness, and bow.
