... in anyway is a sin. Im almost sure that if god where to see us supporting gays, he'd actually give us a pat on the shoulder and say "well done".

A great majority of Christians don't really know the bible; many just parrot what their parents, preachers, and apologists (the best at cop-outs) say. Such as stoning to death sabbath breakers, gays (part of the gays are an abomination excerpt that people always seem to omit when quoting the bible), non-believers, etc. The way I see it, if Christians want everyone to adhere to their religion (ahem, I mean respect their beliefs), they should be consistent and follow ALL rules and not say, " it's the old testament, that doesn't apply now" in one breath and then omit it when it's convinient in another breath. A god that tells you not to kill and then gives you specific circumstances when to kill that is not related to self defense or protection of others is one I would not follow so closely...just my opinion.
