Yep.
This happened to my cat today.
He was lying next to me asleep and he started kicking me. So I looked at him and he was outcold. He obviously was having a dream about catching something. His legs were moving and his whiskers, too.
I made mouse noises and scratching noises and he kicked me a million times. I recorded it on my 3DS too, lol.

Oh yes, he did actually drool LOL.
