re: You are not stupid Takita. : ) Sometimes people need to let things out. It helps me at least. I tend to write my problems down on paper and it helps. Anything you need to do, do it. I will be there if you ever need to talk. If you want space just ask. I do not really like depression meds. I think they are a bunch of hokum. (sp?) I personally do not take them. I don't have depression as bad now but I know the feeling. I haven't gone as deep as others though. And yes, It is hard to be positive at times. I get that. I know it is not easy to come out of depression. People DO find happyness though. It may take a while but they do. I will try my best to help you Tak, that is if you would like my help, and if you would like me to be by your side. I wish I could be their in person. You are a wonderful person Tak.
