There's a new resident in town!
Meet Lucy! She's a 10 year old girl (???) That lives in the 'rich' part of town. But she's not exactly happy with her life, and she's kind of the oddball of her 'rich' family. They expect the best of her (to be lady-like and manorly) but she abides by her own rules most of the time, and tends to get into a lot of trouble.
Also her Amulet is super important to her, and has a MAJOR part in her story!
