Sonic the Hedgehog...

A series featuring some multicolored hedgehogs, a two-tailed fox, some echidna, and a giant talking egg. Ever since his debut in 1991, the blue hedgehog has become popular, and has even gained a giant fan base.
He's become so popular in fact that not only are fans in wars against each other over every game, but he's also appeared in several TV shows, mangas, comic-books, and well over 80+ games! He also even has several conventions, including Summer of Sonic, Sonic Boom, and even Weston Super Sonic!

Personally, I fell in love with this blue hedgehog because he was unique. Because of the abstract designs and all that, he was unlike any other hero I grew up with. Not only, but my very first videogame was Sonic the Hedgehog on the SEGA Genesis. I know people nowadays like to bash the series because that's the socially acceptable thing to do, but you know what?

I'll just keep on going forward, like Sonic, and no looking back. Happy 24th birthday, dude. I hope you can keep on going fast- FOREVER.
