"triggers" by Raptorfeathers

there's a difference between something serious giving you legit anxiety (ex: ra pe) and something irrational you've decided you dont wanna see

for example:
talking about eating/eating in front of other people makes me super freaking uncomfortable, but I suck it up and grow a pair bc its a normal thing and i domt f u cking hide behind it (oh sorry no i cant go out to lunch w/ you triggering :////)

i saw someone on tumblr get triggered by a pomegranite bc it "kinda looks like a heart" #rant

For a second I got scared because I was afraid I did something ;;
But it's not. Phew. Still anxious, but yeah x'D
My triggers are the dark and ovens. Or sudden extreme heat.

Sharp objects freak me out, but I never have called it a "trigger"...Heck, sometimes noticing a pencil has a sharp tip will spook me. Doesn't mean I stop doing what I'm doing. ._.'

I see a "valid trigger" as things like death, se.xual as.sault, etc.

I don't fully know how this all works, but I guess I agree...? XD

My trigger for anxiety is...being in the middle of a crowd of people where everyone can see me from every angle. Being on stage is different though. (I prefer being hidden...)

Needles, needles too. Idk what else? I don't think I have bad anxiety.
