He looks kinda cool. What I think could improved upon is putting some dark & non-black/grey shadows on this to make it more interesting. Oh and drawing a really cool wall, like a window or mini-painting or clock or something while adding some value to the overall drawing will vastly improve it. I like it, but I feel like this guy is a bit too feminine to be able to really tell he's male or just a cute girl with a pixie cut. If you masculine up your boys, give them less eyelashes, and more of a sharp jawline, make the eyes smaller,or/and the brows a bit thicker. I'm okay with androgyny, I just think it's a bit of a stretch here, as much as you did give him a bit of a wide lip.
Thank you and agree, but u dud this without knowing if i will make a girl or a boy... actually i don't care but i'll try to be more thoughtful next time. Thank you tips i agree with the dark, but i didn't have in mind when i designed it, generally i'm don't put to the background when i do my drawing because i have no idea. Thank you to love anyway.

I usually have no idea what environment to put my characters in, either, when I first start drawing it out, either, lol. :]
