by rare its not like its incredibly rare it just,,.,,....rare...er...
nightville has a bitmore rarer colored citizens than dayville(who has very little)
grey colors are the rarest of both,,,...,,yeah
also its only counted as ''rare''' if the majority of the body is colored thst way. its super common to have all kinds of accent colors #dvnvgiude

well i think it might seem like it bcs he has so many bright colors dotted on him (and his back tentacles breaking th rules n such) but im not sure if he is?? his body is mainly a dark purple so :^O
i decided this after i drew those two dv/nv reqs so they might b breaking some rules!! im gonna try 2 follow em now thoo
