I do that sometimes, talk to my stuffed animals. XD
Mainly I talk to my cat, but he doesnt really respond either XD

This makes me think of my little stuffed fox, Isaac.
(Who is in my hands as I write this...)
I never talk to him, but I treat the stuffed animal as if it were my child.
