A cyborg that was saved and kept hostage in a science lab after being the only one to survive a blast that ended a war. During that war he lost his home with his family. He lost his entire bottom jaw, part of his neck, and one of his arms. After revival he escaped with his abilities.

He's mostly silent (talks robotic), quick on his feet, kinda edgy, and follows his own rules. he also leads a small gang that fights to protect the innocent (kinda like TMNT but no).
