Hey guys, so I might be gone for a while. maybe not. I'm going to see a counselor. I may get put in a hospital. I didn't eat dinner because my anxiety. And my parents thought that was odd. but my mom knows that i get upset/distressed/depressed hella easily. I keep feeling REALLY nauseous. I even end up gaging. I almost cut last night

I swear to god, their are so many things you could do instead of cutting.
If you need professional help, I understand...
But please, if you ever feel the urge to cut just...
draw/imitate the cuts on yourself w/ a red pen
scribble all over a peice of paper
take a cold shower
squeeze an ice cube
