Been doodling him a lot lately so I thought I'd do a quick ref.
I created Pazzia on the 17th of February this year. He was originally meant to be an evil mad scientist, which is where his name (Insanity) comes from. But he's not so bad now.

PERSONALITY:
Pazzia is extremely rude to anyone he considers less intelligent than himself (which is almost everybody), and if you met him he'd probably call you an idiot or worse. He's intolerant of being near other people and spends most of his time alone in his laboratory. He's also a huge workaholic, one who doesn't even sleep unless he gets exhausted enough to just pass out, and doesn't eat much either because he's always too busy.
The only person he ever liked was his wife Belle, who died in a tragic accident twenty years ago. He still mourns her to this day.
Pazzia is usually very cold and sarcastic. He's easily angered and can fly into a violent rage if you annoy him enough.

Yay, Pazzy's ref! (I wonder what he'd do if I called him that XD) You did a nice job creating his personality, it matches his appearance x3
Y'know what's interesting is that he married a dragon when he's actually a human, unless she is also a once-human XD
