Palm trees have always been hard for me to draw or paint. That is until I saw a video tutorial on Youtube that basically went with blocking those leaves in yellow or the brightest color and to go darker.

I've never tried my hand at palm trees, but maybe I'll try to incorporate them. This painting just gives this great relaxing feeling--taking me to a nice beach far away. It's great! Sorry for two comments.

Wonderful work. You can feel the heat of the sun.
