Hey, I just got an idea, sorry if its dumb.
For a vore simulation of sorts you can fill up your bathtub or a pool or something with aquabeads (if you've heard of those) I just stuck my hand in them and it feels like what I imagine insides do! They're non-toxic and safe too.
