Sometimes they might come to you wanting to talk and they'll mention leaving and your response can either be like "OH PLEASE YES DO IT" or "move from this town, I will track you down"

^^ for the first thing, that doesn't really help at all. Especially the Isabelle thing, that only deletes a letter, changes their shirt, or change their phrase back to default. The best thing to do is ignore them unless they 'ping' you. But you if you time travel to get them out don't ignore them they can tell you who might be moving if the mover doesn't ping you
