Wedlocke Challenge by Syrilth-the-Dragon

To kick off my summer (school ended yesterday for me, yay!) I decided to do my first ever Nuzlocke challenge! :D I've wanted to do one for a while.
But rather than doing a boring old regular Nuzlocke, I'm doing a much more fun (and challenging!) variant I found on the internet- the Wedlocke! And I am loving it so far! ^v^

I'm playing through the challenge on my old LeafGreen cartridge. It was the first Pokemon game I ever played and I'm very familiar with it.
I picked my starter based on Marriland's (the youtuber who invented the Wedlocke) trainer ID method, and ended up with a male Bulbasaur. The first Pokemon I caught myself was a female Pidgey, and they are the CUTEST couple EVER in my head!
Truffle (the Bulbasaur; I'm naming them all after sweets, in this case a chocolate truffle) is, ironically enough, a lonely nature. So I imagine he'd be very loyal, grateful not to be alone. And Eclair (the Pidgey) is a gentle nature, so I picture her very gentle and loving.
I SHIP THEM FOREVER, my adorable babies >w<
If either one of them dies, I think I'll actually cry :'D
...or cheat, but this is my first Nuzlocke, so I don't want to stoop that low already <xD

I'm doing a regular Nuzlocke of FireRed, also with a Bulbasaur and Pidgey. They're called Bud and Scoots, respectively. And this painting is so cute!
