Re: It's alright, we all can be a bit forgetful sometimes. You can have the design, I'm perfectly okay with that. As long as you don't forget about the keinu I'm giving you, it's fine that you might not draw it much.

Re: Well, visual snow is TV static. The keinu in question can manipulate it, draws energy from it, and basically IS tv static.
Since it has a controlled lifespan, it can live for as long as it can. Either it's really old or it got into a lot of fights. If you want, you can make the color strips longer so that it's younger. (I only realized after I made it that it probably looks old) It's alright that you're asking these questions, you deserve to know!
