Shes part of the Quilly Clan,who use quills to write spells unique to each of them,the ink being their blood.The type of spells she uses is transformation spells,meaning she can tranform any part of her body or take on any form,including a human one.

Shes usually quiet around most people.She is intelligent and kind,but doesnt dawdle unnecessarily.

'Felniir' is 'Winter' in the Dovahzul(Dragon)language.
