I had a really bad panic attack yesterday and I don't remember why. All I can say it that it felt like this... It's no big deal though,I'm okay and complaining about it isn't going to do anything good. :p

oh yah i know what thats like. i have a bad anxiety disorder :( (but i have des now so its ok) i hope u dont have another one in a long time!
