I can try. :P I'll probably craft the horns sometime this week or so... somehow. I don't have any advanced crafting materials, just paper, cardboard, coloring supplies and headbands. And glue.
Huh. Sounds fun. However I can't sew or use fabric to make things to save my life. :P But I can try to closet cosplay it.

Just get some airdry/bake clay! It should be pretty cheap.
Alilah's horns are kinda confusing though... Pretty much, just make some normal, kinda small horns, then make three rings around the whole thing and add four little spikes to each ring.
