Hey guys, I just got Sonic Heroes (pc) and for some reason none of the cutscenes play... how can I fix this?

I don't think my Mum will let me anything like that to her laptop...
I also tried it on school computers too, still didn't work

maybe it's because I installed it on my thumb drive, there wasn't much space left on the computer.
