I rarely and used to check out weeks best and new drawings and I didn't even noticed staff picks haha but it looks like staff picks gives other artists some attention they need.

Very nice! See? If only there was notifications so we could know that our drawings got week bests or staff picks. Yeah it's quite different when drawing on the 3ds and I have a 3dsXL sooo that kinda gives me more control? I haven't experience drawing on a regular 3ds but I don't think there is much difference. Don't feel discourage! Just try drawing like on paper even if you have less control. You can just fix the mistakes afterwards.

Yeah a bigger screen would solve your problems and you should have got the 3dsXL.
