Dismemberment Strap by ClayXros
SCP-568 is a small, stretchable strap with a small line on one side. If placed around and object and twisted along the line, it will split along the line perfectly and becomes impossibke to remove. Process is easily reversed. Can be used for "portals" of sorts.
