The difference is that if you are pan, you are attracted to everyone REGARDLESS of gender, or are 'genderblind'. Gender isn't a factor in attraction at all.
Bi people, on the other hand, are still attracted to everybody, but see genders. So... bi people like boys, girls, agender ppl, nonbinary ppl, bigender ppl, genderfluid ppl, etc etc. Where pan people don't even consider gender at all.
Also, don't call me pet names like 'hon' sarcastically. I really fu.cking hate that.

PS: If you're looking for a word meaning 'attraction to multiple but not all genders,' you're thinking of poly(se.xual/romantic).
