re1: haha thank you!! that was actually my goal! Ontario (his name, but it might change) is supposed to be like, a very chill dude who wears very unusual clothes...
I'm thinking like, he wears button up shirts, jackets, and hoodies together unusually, AND other times he wears like **galaxy** and other trippy kinds of shirts, yknow??

by the looks of it (I did that one a while back lol), I used a lot of REALLY LIGHT RED blush, which helps sometimes.
aight like... take the character's default skin color... and move it TOWARDS the top of the color wheel BUT NOT ALL THE WAY.... then go to the triangle part and move it JUST A TINY BIT TOWARDS the left corner.... then turn brush opacity to the lightest (or VERY LIGHT)... bam! you got the color. now take that color and put it on key points in the skin (so... definitely cheeks & nose, and if you're really feeling it, you can do shoulders, elbows, fingertips, toes, knees, etc.... basically any part of the body where something is happening, know what I'm saying?)
But you gotta do everything in moderation

re3: May (that character... her birth name is Phlox, so I use that as the tag, but she goes by 'May') has relationship issues with her parents. Her parents have a lot of money, but they aren't really good with kids, and they don't really give her a lot of attention. And she's an only child, so... yeah.
She wasn't /lonely/, necessarily, because she had a lot of friends in school and was (and still is!) very popular.
She really loves nature, though, and I think that's why- her parents didn't really raise her, so she probably feels like, in a sense, nature "raised" her (she spent a lot of time in the woods as a kid).
But like, now she's a teenager, and her parents are still pretty cold towards her.
She's lucky because she has a lot of money, but she is unlucky because her parents are workaholics that don't really give her much time or attention.

Re: Well, he's upset for a lot of reasons I guess.
He was born with this sort of disease that makes him go insane and hurt/kill people and because of that, his parents kept him away from everyone. His mother died giving birth to his little sister and then his father died because someone found out and he decided to fight and kill the man and ended up dying in the process. Yuzuru ran away from home at a very young age, not wanting to be the next leader of the kingdom, but only came back because he didn't want his little sister to take over. His little sister is now terrified of him because she knows about his "disease" and so he's been having to live a fake life as the new ruler of the kingdom, pretending to be okay while having to bear with it all by himself in the most cruel form of lonliness. so yeah.. (That is until his general/knight comes around and he finds out and tries to help. haha)

But, he does try to find help from his general/knight, but in the end it's all in vain because he ends up hurting and killing a LOT of people until he finally ends up begging his general/knight to kill him in the one moment he breaks free from his "disease"
His general/knight (Makoto) is reluctant to do so until Yuzuru is taken over by his "disease" once more and they battle. Makoto ends up killing Yuzuru, but during the battle he had recieved many fatal wounds and ends up bleeding out beside Yuzuru.
(I have a rather morbid mind and story xD I apologize dearly)

X0 he's not even a main character.. but thank you!! the reason I'm on the fence with naming him Ontario is because originally Ontario was Corith's first name, then I changed it to his last name (so Corith's name was Corith Ontario), and now I decided to make it the other guy's first name. So... Corith and him BOTH need last namesss

oh I meant that May's parents are cold to HER, not the other way around!! well.. I guess it's probably mutual by now, so... :P
May is very popular, but it does bring on a lot of problems for her. There is a lot of drama in her friend group, and she isn't really suited for it.
I imagine she also feels very out of place. NATURALLY, she is a very non-confrontational person who doesn't like to talk much (enjoys company and non-verbal cues), and when she does like to talk, she prefers to talk softly. But that is not at all how she acts at school. In fact, some other girls actually admire her for being confident, loud-spoken, etc, because in school and such, that's how she acts- but it isn't in line with who she really is. You know? She doesn't know that yet, though. She has some self-exploring to do.

Yeah, I DIDN'T do anything to this person, so... yeah. It made me really upset because I feel like this person is really intruding on my life a bit. It's really not their place to tell me they don't like my name. It's not like we're good friends or anything. ugh.
yeah. true. DTUS is a little different than what you're describing, but I know both feelings. You're right.

Re: Thanks, and I'm very glad I have my good laptop back. I have been working on a other very slow laptop while I didn't have the other one. But it was annoyingly slow that I could turn into the devil anytime. xD

Re: Still two more years xD but then I'm planning on going to college and find something to do with my story.
I really want to create my own manga, but even if that doesn't work out, I might just try and turn it into a book.

Yeah, Makoto's parents were Yuzuru's parents' Knights and they died in battle trying to protect Yuzuru's father. Makoto doesn't believe that Yuzuru's father deserved their protection and doesn't think Yuzuru would make a good ruler. Even so, he ends up following in his parents' footsteps and becoming Yuzuru's knight.
