I think you should add something that draws people in to this picture. While right now it looks like a nice start, it could use some more ice, an aurora, ice cap/glaciers, a frozen lake/ocean, hills of snow and maybe a couple mountains here and there. Maybe even put some animals like snow leopards running in the distance or a couple polar bears even. Or maybe even a lighthouse or snowman.

It's not like I don't like this piece, it just leaves a bit to be desired. There is a bit too much negative space in this picture that I can imagine being filled in with tons of things.
