These Pokemon are said to be stuck inbetween the living world and the underworld. It is possible for them to phase in and out of both realms. They can often be very protective and loyal to their trainers, doing the best they can to shield them from harm.

Evolves from Eevee when knocked out while holding a reaper cloth. After the battle it will evolve and be revived with 1HP.
