With the gym, again, I would be willing to work on it. I'm already working on a team, though I'll need breeding help from my sister.
I recently got a Duskull with all IVs maxed except for its Defense in a Wonder Trade, so that was pretty sick.
I already know (generally) what my team is going to look like, and how it'll work, but we'd discuss that where potential challengers wouldn't be able to see (in game chat, perhaps, or maybe Skype or Google chat, if you have that stuff).
I'll get my sister to help IV breed my team, but otherwise I'm good on that front.
