Sounds like you need to look at references to learn how to properly draw hands(if you don't already know how to). Google and Deviantart tutorials are your friend. :]

@anna<3anime - Before I bought colors3D! I was using the original version of the software which was a homebrew for the ds. The ds version didn't inlcude layers so I had to learn to draw/paint all on the same layer.
What influenced my coloring the most was an artist named wee or ramez (not on colors). I really love her art!

I have a hard time drawing hands too. It looks like she's just hiding a present behind her back and wants to surprise you. Nice job!
