A couple days ago one of my friends came to lunch extremely depressed about her weight convinced that she was "FAT" and ugly, but there is no such thing as "fat" It's just a sick insult to descibe people who have a little trouble with their weight. No matter your weight or looks you are BEAUTIFUL, you are PERFECT!
