Depression is contagious, but so is happiness. So just cracking a little smile once in a while, can make others smile too. There's nothing more satisfying than making others happy, to make others smile. Because if you make people around you happy, you will become happy too.
Just one little act of happiness can bring others a spark of light in their darkness.

Smiling and being friendly helps me a lot when I'm not doing so well - I find it better than talking about it, because that just seems to intensify the feeling.
