how does that even happen?, weird. Not trying to brag but its weird how everyones ds is breaking and all thats wroung on mine is a small crack on the top, few scrapes and the thumb stick cover is falling of....and some gum stuck to it from trying to glew the thumb stick cover back on with gum.....worked for abit...then it got messy.....dont recamend it...yeah

I wish you luck with that. Too bad you can't get the "New" 3ds XL. I just love mine. How old is you'r 3ds?

I'd probably try patching it with masking/duct tape, or filling in the space with hot glue until you can fix the problem? I have no idea :c
