(Quite happy with this for once.)
This is my newest character, Broken Chain. The chain around his neck is what gives him powers. He almost always speaks in rhymes too. I know very little about his personality at the moment.

I drew it mainly by splattering paint everywhere on the canvas until it looked right. XD
