Anyways, mostly the same, but I changed up the shirt a bit and the scarf. I also segmented the armor more. I wanted to see if I could polish up the magnum blade too, the original was supposed to look more rough and thrown together for reasons, so maybe this is just an upgrade. Magnum Blade II, if you will. I'm workin' on the others too, they deserve it.

Yeh, "futuristic Fire Emblem" was kinda the feel I was going for.
Although, I wouldn't say Gregor from Awakening was a thought. But in Blazing sword, there's a "Raymund" quiet guy, big sword, coulda been an influence for sure. I'm not actually too huge on most Awakening designs (although the lords and tactician classes look great), so I usually take influence from the older games.

I continue to love these characters. Ray looks great. If you went professional with this and released a manga or anime I would buy it, because I love your character designs.

Ha! That'd be interesting for sure. But in my mind, I've always had these characters in the context of a Xenoblade-style kinda rpg.
Doing anything professional with these peeps is a bit of a pipe dream though, unfortunately. xP
