I'm thinking of adopting just bc I'm so curious to see what the full designs look like. This whole vague/hint adopt thing is a cool idea!

Uhm, I think number 3, I really like it, when I see it I imagine like an open chest or something with the only the ribs and heart visible.

I love the black goo, it reminds me of tar, and the tar could be slowly causing the monster to become cold-blooded. The teeth look very barbarous but maybe the of the soul of the monster protects whom they care about and love.
Maybe they had to develop that type of apperance to get to that state of remorseless to ppl they've never seen or known.

I'll go for number 3! I like it, it really got me curious.
The item made me think that the monster might be unable to understand emotions so they try to interact with others to learn more. I also think that the clock in the middle represents their lifespan or something like that.
I also like the colours. :>

I kinda like 6 because it's a cupcake and cupcakes tend to be sweet -w-

Also it feels like the character could have a sharp syle to some extent because of the cherry's leaves? Just a random guess. :>

I doubt I'll get it, but I'll try for #5! The black ooze reminds me of ink. Like the creature could possibly be a drawing come to life, maybe drawn by someone who dreamed of protection (hence the teeth), or even a friend. Maybe a random spirit decided to take this shape to help the person, or a demon saw the chance to take advantage. Since its made of ink it drools/bleeds/cries the stuff. Ohwow I wrote a novel, sorry!

wow, this is a very cool idea! I would go for #1. out of all of them I like this one because of its simplicity that implies that there's a whole lot more to it. I love the feathery type things as well! it's been a long time since I've had a humanoid sort of character so it would be fun to have that again, also I love the orange. I really do need to practice oranges, so that is appealing to me as well. cx

4! the color scheme really caught my eye. I can tell its not really an ordinary hour glass. It has frills and the piece hanging of like a bookmark and I love bookmarks and im goin g o f f o n a t a n g e n t. I percive the character to have very op powers and having the power of time would make their decisions infinite.

Everyone's desc of #5 is honestly so much better than what it actually is omg prepare to be dissappointed

Would be a very playful monster! Maybe they're a little all over the place and they're appearance isnt what exactly they feel or look on the inside.
