as promised, the secret OC is revealed, now to the description
he is the OTHER partner of pikachu that Riolunator wishes to erase from existance. only problem is, they are both magical and are eachother's counterpart. Due to this, he also has anger modes and can open portals with his eyes, only 3 differences. one, he is a dragon. two, he isn't part of any group. and three, he is not derpy.
