We all go through hard times, it's a part of life.
That's what makes us strong.

There are terrible people in the world who try to break you. Put up a shield. Block them from tearing you down. It's easier said than done, I know.
Just try...
Find things that make you happy. Find a happy place. Dream about where you'd rather be when you're in a bad situation. Dream about it and block out the world. It's hard coming to reality. But just stay strong, okay? You're a strong, amazing, human being.
You have to break before you shine.
It seems like the sadness will never end, but, it will. Just give it time. It's good having emotion even though it sucks at the same time.
Emotion shows that you're still alive. You still have a spark.
Make that spark shine bright.
Once it shines bright enough, you'll find hapiness. You'll be unbreakable.
