Okay so me and my friend have been reading homestuck together, and so far absolutely EVERYTHING we've seen so far we could put an outcome on. The only thing to stump us is how did John throwing Jades flowers into the abyss affect the outcome?

That... Hm. Maybe there was a pattern of color and/or flower type? I don't read Homestuck, but maybe it's even petal-count that'll have something to do with it. A # equals code (maybe), color patterns might indicate a hidden object within a past panel, who knows. :/

^ That is deep! Maybe to deep. I don't mean like, had or has some reference to a certain part in the story. How did john doing this affect the outcome of everything in a BIG or even somewhat knowable way? That is the question.
