well a 3ds may have pros and cons
but i think you should find a way to transfer data to the3ds before selling.

Colors! where originally made for the 3DS (And those others, can't remember what they're called) So everything is on those.
I have an Ipad, I can't paint with friends, people can't view my pictures and the overall pictures I can see, are only from other ipads. It sucks. I'm really thinking about buying a 3DS myself.
