Rouge Shadow by Based_Diablo
Eden, remnant of Project Ourobo and opposite Diablo, he uses a small stele and telekinetic abilities. Stronger in every aspect and can see multiple possible futures. Not much of a fighter, so he makes use of Rouge Knowledge to fight with words rather than blades.

Doesn't seem too threatening. So Diablo and Angelo have opposites. (Boy I bet Matt's feeling left out xD jk)
