They can manipulate almost all technology they can fuse with and do some other stuff that Triskelion doesn't even know about. Selus found them awhile ago in an underground facility that was abandoned where they were in a tube. Selus knows what Triskelion can do as well & takes care of them. That grey metal at the top of his face can come down like a garage door. (they can be in my request, btw if u want)
