why does four followers matter this much?
not just you, a lot of people freak out more.
there's a good chance it's just a glitch, the follower count has been known to act weird.
either way though i don't think the number of followers matters very much, i don't even look at mine very often.
partly cuz i know it's proabaly lying one way or another anyway; whether it's count is off or several of the followers are ghosts or don't exist anymore.
sorry, the point i was trying to make is that in any account those four numbers don't really mean anything so you shouldn't stress yourself about it.

on abother note, i really was really exited about your contest and was really going to enter, but i haven't felt well for a long time and haven't been motivated to draw much of anything. so i'm really sorry, i have been thinking about it and the keinu i wanted to enter for fairly often, i came up with a lot of story for him and everything.

also i saw that the one i wanted (which i didn't think anyone would go for) already had an entry for it and i lost even more motive. i started to think i might enter for it anyway then you posted that you wanted at least one entry per keinu and i felt like drawing a second for one instead of a first for the other two would be kinda rude.
so i was thinking about asking if i could make my own keinu with a similar abstraction but idk..
dust works so well for what i came up with, all meloncholy and poetic. ash is more violent.

Mine just goes down one every few days. ._.'

But hey, don't stress out so much about the number of followers you have, you are an incredible artist and wonderful person anyways! ^-^

Maybe you should socialize with the community - y'know, like requests, art trades, adoptables, as well as visiting and commenting on other peoples' galleries - make yourself known to the community!

Also, draw something besides humans, like wolves or dragons, or maybe try a new art style! You never know what skills you have up your sleeves unless you search for them! :D

And, maybe, tone down on the swearing and venting talk, it kinda freaks people like me 'XD

i feel bad bc it means my 'initial thoughts/responses' are really sarky and degrading?? and its usually important friends trying to comfort and im already subconsciously hurting them,,, its generally why i dont reply straight away and take breaks from things haaa... gee idk im still not quite ok, sorry about that
