I'm actually not sure what my school has, but it completely blocks us from acessing certain websites and from searching certain words, like it literally blocks the word "anime"

It blocks anime because it doesn't want us looking at gifs!! Learned that from a power point presentation last year.
It probably is, if there's still people there!
