tarot is the name of a deck of cards that are used for divination but im basing my oc and his world around it. tarot cards were the first playing cards but they have a minor arcana which is the same as a regular deck of cards just with different suites and then major arcana which are all cards that have a name like the Tower or the World etc. just google it
